We can provide an initial written proposal in 1-2 weeks with some basic information and a 30-minute phone call.

We’ve built an acquisition process around owners, so that you always feel that we are respectful of your time. If you’re interested in seeing an initial written proposal, we can provide one in 1-2 weeks with:

  • 2-3 years of financial statements
  • An anonymized employee census (so we can determine how many shares we’d issue each employee)
  • A 30 minute phone call to go over some questions on the company
