Our Quality Program

Quality assurance is our number one priority. We invest deeply in our employee’s technical and professional education. New technicians accompany senior technicians for 6 months before conducting work independently. Our technicians have an average of 10 years of industry field experience. In addition, we ensure that our team attends technical training programs to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest standards.

Our Training Center

Our technicians undergo routine training sessions at our fully equipped training center. Our facility is equipped with a full-scale training cleanroom, certifiable primary engineering controls (Biosafety Cabinets and Isolators) and a classroom for 15 people. Every year, we send our technicians on-site for a rigorous four-day training camp focused on all CETA guides and USP Standards. This year, our training session culminated in all team members taking the CNBT examination. We continue to invest in our training protocols to ensure that you received the highest quality of service

Our Qualifications

Eagleson Institute

Our technicians attend training in cleanroom and controlled environment testing at the Eagleson Institute in Sanford, Maine. These programs include coursework in HEPA filter leak testing, cleanroom particle testing, and biological safety cabinet testing.

Our team attends the annual training and conferences at CETA. Our technicians also undergo the credential program for professionals who certify controlled environments

Institute of Environmental Science & Technology

Our management team regularly participates in standards writing committees and working groups within the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology. IEST is recognized internationally for its work in cleanroom and controlled environment test guidance and standards creation. IEST is the United States representation with the International Standards Organization cleanroom standards committee (ISO 14644).

CETA National Board of Testing

The Controlled Environment Testing Association’s National Board of Testing (CNBT) is a credentialing program for professionals who certify controlled environment facilities.  For years the profession requested CETA to develop a credentialing program for professionals working in our field of certification, specifically a credential that would be an objective representation of an individual's fundamental knowledge and skills in the area of testing controlled environments.

Our team has accredited NSF Biosafety Cabinet Field Certifiers to ensure we certify biosafety cabinets to NSF-49 standards.

Our team NEBB Certified technicians who are Certified Cleanroom Performance Testing (CPT) professionals.
