The company has developed an innovative neuroscience-based training and service delivery model that has enabled it to become the provider of choice of forward-looking Healthcare Technology Management departments within the healthcare industry.
“I’m delighted to partner Calyx with SSA. When I first met the SSA executive team, it was obvious that they had a different, people-first approach that would fit well with our culture and that we share a philosophy regarding exceptional service delivery. While attending the company town hall, it was clear that SSA’s employee ownership program inspires a unique culture of ownership and collaboration. I’m excited for the personal and professional development opportunities this creates for our team of service professionals.” – John Walls
“I’m pleased to find a partner who will invest in our company, employees, and customers. I’m confident that SSA is the best partner to help us achieve this. I look forward to working with them to continue their expansion.” – Doris Kratohvil
“We are excited to welcome the Calyx team to the SSA family. Calyx’s novel, neuroscience-based approach to service delivery has made it a leading calibration company. Calyx enables us to increase our service capabilities, geographic coverage area, and better serve our customers. From day one, it was clear that there was a strong cultural fit, and I’m excited to work with John, Doris, and the whole Calyx team.” – Esteban Ruiz, Co-Owner and COO of SSA.
SSA will continue expanding its presence throughout the United States through partnerships with leading technical service providers.
