The Talent Acquisition Lead will develop the internal recruiting function and report directly to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have robust recruiting agency and corporate recruiting experience.

Main Role Responsibilities
- Full-cycle candidate sourcing and recruiting across the organization
- Develop job descriptions, hiring scorecards, and screening questions, iterating candidate profiles with hiring managers to fine-tune search criteria
- Create job postings, conduct multi-channel direct candidate outreach and manage pipeline/ATS to coordinate interviews, cases/assessments, and offers
- Perform candidate screenings, interviews, and reference and background checks
- Support onboarding process and labor compliance throughout recruiting process
- Candidate engagement and employer brand development
- Work with our marketing agency to develop a careers page and social media content
- Maintain social media, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Handshake, and others
- Engage with employees and prospective candidates, customer discovery tools, and other research to understand candidate wants and needs
- Work with hiring managers to develop a strategy to attract candidates, including content, outreach, and school job fairs, committees, presentations and scholarships
- 2+ years of proven top performance in recruiting role at prominent recruiting/staffing agency
Preferred Qualifications
- Internal corporate recruiting or entrepreneurial experience
- Specific experience with niche strategic roles, ideally in the skilled trades
