About SSA
SSA is a leading controlled environment testing and certification provider across the United States. Our job is to certify spaces in which pharmaceuticals and medical devices are developed to meet regulatory safety standards. We are proud advocates of scientific innovation and patient safety through our work. We currently serve over 1,400 customers from our branches in Minneapolis, MN, Sioux Falls, SD, State College, PA, and Chesapeake, VA.
Opportunity
Are you an experienced controlled environments professional that is interested in helping us start a new branch? This is your opportunity! We’re looking to start branches everywhere in the USA. We will purchase the necessary equipment, vehicles, hire the right people, and help with sales/marketing.
Position
Branch managers are in charge of managing the overall customer experience at our branches. This includes managing technicians, coordinating with customers, focusing on growth, and upholding the SSA brand. Managers are also in charge of helping build the local team, shaping the branch’s culture, and making key managerial decisions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated high integrity, work ethic, and professionalism
- Experience in the controlled environments space, with an ability to bring new customers to SSA.
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on detailed instructions
- Outstanding team and customer communication
- Bring your own vehicle (SUV or similarly spacious)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and criminal record
